Participating schools must nominate a member of staff who will administer the scheme in accordance with these terms and conditions.
Whilst every effort has been made in preparation of the descriptions of the items featured in this campaign guide, neither Rochdale Borough Council nor their agents can be held responsible for alterations in specification made by manufacturers, or the substitution of a replacement item in the event of non-availability or discontinuation of the item.
Force Majeure: Rochdale Borough Council won't be liable for failure or delay in delivery or performance of their obligations under these terms and conditions due to any unforeseen cause beyond their reasonable control.
In the event of circumstances beyond its control, Rochdale Borough Council will reserve the right to vary the conditions of the scheme at any time.
It's deemed that, in respect of any photography arranged in relation to the scheme, the owner and participants in the photograph grant a license to Rochdale Borough Council to use the photograph in publicity or other material in relation to 'Recycle4schools'. It's deemed that all prize winners grant a license to the promoter to use all names and photographs for publicity purposes or other material in relation to the promotion.
Through taking part in this promotion, all schools consent to further communication through email for information related to Recycle4schools for the duration of the promotion. Participants will however, have the opportunity to unsubscribe from communication by clicking the 'unsubscribe' button at the bottom of any email.
These terms and conditions and any claim placed hereunder shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with English law subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
The information collected will only be used for the purposes of this project and won't be used for any other purpose. These details won't be kept beyond the duration of the project and won't be shared with any organisation outside of the project, unless required to do so by law. The information collected will be kept until the end of the project at which point it will be securely destroyed.
