Recycling lessons for primary schools

If you work at a primary school in the borough of Rochdale, we can organise a fun and engaging recycling lesson that takes a closer look at Our World and what we can do to make it a better place.

We cover ways to reduce, reuse, recover and recycle at home using interactive games and the chance to learn more about our food heroes who love to help eliminate food waste.

Every child who takes part receives a certificate and a Food Heroes bookmark.

We also run regular drawing competitions where pupils can create recycling artwork to feature on our bin wagons and social media channels.
