Data protection complaints
If we have used or stored your personal information, you have the right to make a complaint.
You might want to complain if, for example:
- You’re unhappy with how we responded to a subject access request (SAR) or another information rights request
- You think there may have been a data breach
- You’re not satisfied with how your personal information has been handled, including:
- How it is stored and kept secure
- How long we keep it for
- Whether the information we hold about you is accurate
How to make a complaint
If you want to complain about how we handle your personal information, you can email our Data Protection Officer.
If you’re not happy with the outcome of your complaint
If you’re not happy with the outcome of your complaint, you can ask the Information Commissioner’s Office to look into it. We will fully cooperate with the Information Commissioner’s Office.
