Our contact centre out of hours and emergency line is open Monday 11am-11.30am; Monday-Friday 5.30pm-8.30am; and anytime weekends and bank holidays.

Non-emergency contacts

Our contact centre lines are open Monday-Friday 8.30am-5.30pm. We're closed for training on Monday between 11am-11.30am, however, you can still contact us for any emergencies using our emergency out of hours phone number.

How much 0300 calls cost

0300 calls are typically charged at between 1p and 9p per minute depending on the time of day. Calls from mobile phones generally cost between 10p and 40p per minu​te, although may they be included in your 'free minutes' depending on your contract or tariff.​​​ Find out more about call costs
