  • Processing requests to modify terms of an existing Section 106 agreement following a grant of planning permission - £1,393
  • Section 106 monitoring fee (financial obligations) - 4 per cent
  • Section 106 monitoring fee (non-financial obligations) - £1,000 for each obligation
