Pay back what you owe

If you've received an invoice from us to pay back what you owe, you can make the payment online.

Make a benefit overpayment payment

You can also make a payment by: 

  • Phone: using our automated phone payment system on 0300 303 8889. Lines are open 24 hours, 7 days a week. Please have your invoice number and debit or credit card handy.
  • Post Offices and PayPoint outlets: please remember to present your invoice, which contains a barcode, with your payment, you're not charged for this service.
  • Standing order: please ring us. We'll send you a standing order form. You'll need to sign the form and take it to your bank.
