Appeal a decision
If you disagree with any of our decisions, you may be able to appeal.
You can appeal for several reasons, such as:
- You think the amount you owe has been worked out incorrectly.
- You think the overpayment was a mistake on our part and you couldn't have known you were being paid too much.
