There are a range of grants and support available that could help make your home more energy efficient and save you money.
Eco-Matters Healthy Homes Grant
You may be able to get support for essential repairs and improvements to help make your home more energy efficient, including:
- Appliance repair
- Boiler replacement
- Damp treatment and repair
- Electrical works
- Heat pump installation
- White goods like fridge freezers and washing machines
- Window repair or replacement
Who can apply
You could qualify if:
- You claim a means tested benefit
- You have a long term medical condition
- Your household’s combined annual income is below £36,000

Grants from Greater Manchester Combined Authority (GMCA)
Grants are available from the GMCA to provide free or discounted home upgrades.
Grants are typically available for:
- People in inefficient homes
- Low income households
- Homes currently using fossil fuel heating
