We aim to make the festival accessible to as many people as possible. Main stage performances will be British Sign Language (BSL) interpreted.
Accessible viewing platform
There is an accessible viewing platform in the main stage area for our customers with disabilities, mobility issues, wheelchair users and people who struggle with being in crowds.
Please book tickets for wheelchair users, those with other access needs and for essential companions through QuayTickets.
- Email info@quaytickets.com
- You can also book tickets by calling 0161 876 2015
Agents will be happy to help with any other access-related queries.
Essential companions
We offer one free essential companion ticket per wheelchair user/access ticket. Orders containing essential companion tickets will be emailed to you upon receipt of proof of need for a companion. QuayTickets agents will provide details.
Alternatively, your tickets can be collected on the day of the event. You'll need to show your proof of need for a companion to our on-site box office team, who will be located in front of Rochdale Town Hall. Find Rochdale Town Hall on Google Maps
Quiet space
If you require access to a quiet space at any time during the event please contact a festival steward. Please speak to a steward to access this area.
Accessible toilets
There are accessible toilets in the main stage area and in our indoor festival venues. View details of indoor venues
