Refugee Welcome Programme

The Rochdale Refugee Welcome Programme is here to help people who have come to the borough of Rochdale to find safety and start a new life.

Support for asylum seekers and refugees

We want everyone to feel welcome and have the chance to learn, grow, and be happy.

If you're over 16 years old and you, or a relative, are an asylum seeker or refugee, you can get support with:

  • Making friends and joining the community
  • Finding jobs and learning new skills
  • Feeling good and staying active
  • Learning English and going to school

We make sure help is easy to access, respectful of different cultures, and fits your needs.
