Recording assessments
You should store your assessments on the Early Help Module (EHM) system. We manage this system so that the Team Around the Family can securely send messages, information and documents to each other.
The system is confidential and a secure way of storing and sharing your information, ensuring that only people with consent can see the information recorded. Authorised users are able to access the system 24/7.
EHM stores:
- The assessment form.
- The Team Around the Family meeting records and action plans.
- The closure and evaluation forms.
Apply for an Early Help Module account
Only trained members of staff will have access to EHM. Training will be delivered by e-learning and you'll be supported by EHM champions in the workplace. Support is also available from the EHM trainer and the EHA team.
You'll need to complete all the mandatory requirements and training before you are issued with your secure log-in details.
