Garages

If you rent land from us to use as a garage plot, you must only use it to park private vehicles.

You can rent garage plots from us. We do not sell garage plots.

The plots you can rent are for you to erect your own garage. We do not rent garages.

You can get a reduction if you receive Personal Independence Payment (PIP).

Fees from 1 May 2026

From 1 May 2026 to rent a garage plot it costs:
