Grazing and stables
We have a small number of grazing sites to let across the borough. We do not sell grazing sites.
If you're interested in renting a grazing site, you can see the available plots listed on this page.
To apply, send your bid in writing or by email to us using the contact details on this page before the closing date. We won’t be able to consider any bids received after the deadline.
If your bid is successful, we’ll contact you within 21 days of the closing date and offer you a grazing licence.

The site comprises of a rectangular plot of land measuring approximately 1.57 acres. The plot, located close to the M62 has traditionally been used for grazing purposes, along with the adjoining areas of land.
