Our annual event – Know Your Numbers Week
Thank you to everyone who came to our annual event, Know Your Numbers Week, which was last held from 4–10 September 2023. The event was a success, with over 300 residents having their blood pressure checked and getting lifestyle advice.
It's important for us to continue raising awareness and advising the community on how to prevent high blood pressure (hypertension).

The Living Well CVD Project provides free blood pressure checks across the borough of Rochdale to help reduce the risk of cardiovascular disease. You can request to hold a CVD event at your venue or be a champion and volunteer with the project.
