About this event
Have a go at a range of popular sports and games including Boccia, rounders, tennis, dance and football.
With a variety of adaptions (play tennis with balloons, or roll a giant football with your hands if you can’t kick) these sessions are designed to allow everyone to achieve and to have fun.
You’ll have the opportunity to benefit from team games, develop your communication skills, motor skills, increase your confidence and improve your physical and mental wellbeing.
