Walking for health - Balderstone Library

Every Monday. All are welcome to join our local area walks with a qualified leader, meeting at and returning to the library for refreshments.

Dementia Wellbeing - Rochdale Mind - Heywood Library

Every other Tuesday. Rochdale and District Mind Dementia Wellbeing Team offers mental health and emotional wellbeing support to those living with dementia, their carers and their families.

Library Time - Littleborough Library

Littleborough U3A Easy Walks Group - Littleborough Library

2nd and last Tuesday of every month. These are intended to be short walks, about 30 - 40 minutes, mainly on paved paths around the centre of Littleborough.
