Reason: To allow water works to be carried out safely in the road.
Restriction and location: Temporarily remove the existing limited waiting restriction on Dale Street (1 hour, Monday to Saturday, 8am-6pm) from 15 metres south‑east of the junction with Leach Street to the junction with Newhey Road.

Introduce a temporary no waiting at any time restriction along the same section of Dale Street.
