Reason: To carry out annual testing of the railway level crossing.
Restriction and location: Temporary closure of Smithy Bridge Road from a point 15 metres north west of the level crossing for a distance of 40 metres in a south easterly direction.
Alternative route: The alternative route for vehicles will be Smithy Bridge Road, Milnrow Road (Littleborough), Wildhouse Lane, Kiln Lane, Bridge Street, Rochdale Road, Milnrow Road (Rochdale), Albert Royds Street, Halifax Road (A58) and Smithy Bridge Road.
