Shawclough Way, roadworks in Rochdale from 24 March 2026

Area: Rochdale
Expected start and finish: 12.27pm, Tuesday, 24 March 2026 for a maximum of 21 days, or when the work is complete if sooner.
Reason: To repair a sewer in the road.
Restriction and location: Part of Shawclough Way will be temporarily closed. The closure will begin at the junction with Overall Drive and end 40 metres up the road in a northerly direction.
Alternative route: Shawclough Way, Shawclough Road, Paton Street, Thrum Hall Lane, Whitworth Road and Holstein Avenue.
