Appeals
The rateable value of your business premises is set by the Valuation Office Agency (VOA). If you've been billed for business rates and do not think you're the responsible person for paying the bill please get in touch.
If you're unhappy with your business rates, you can make an appeal to try to change them.
However, you must continue to pay your rates until the result of your appeal is determined.
