Notice is given that Rochdale Borough Council intends to appropriate the following land as set out below:-
Land at Denehurst House, Denehurst Park, Edenfield Road, Rochdale, OL11 5AU (site area approximately 1,050 square metres) which consists of property which is to be used as military veterans residential accommodation.
A plan showing the property to be included in the appropriation may be viewed on the council's website.
