Report broken or unsafe playground equipment
To report broken or unsafe playground equipment:
- Email us and include the name of the playground and describe what's broken or unsafe.
- We aim to respond within 30 minutes to any emergency problems or hazards you report.
- We'll inspect the broken equipment and try to make it safe as soon as possible. If the fault can't be repaired immediately, we'll close the equipment to keep children on the playground safe.
