Appeal a parking fine
Please do not pay a parking fine (Penalty Charge Notice) if you intend to appeal.
Providing your appeal is received within 14 days of the date the notice was issued and your appeal is unsuccessful you'll still qualify to pay your fine at the discounted rate of 50 per cent.

How to appeal
We only consider appeals in writing. If you wish to appeal a Penalty Charge Notice, you'll need to give details of what happened, why you feel you should not have to pay the parking fine and attach any applicable evidence
