Notice is given that Rochdale Borough Council intends to dispose by way of short leasehold disposal the following land as set out below:
Land at Balderstone Park, adjacent Balderstone Library, Off Platting Lane, Rochdale, OL11 2HD (site area approximately 20,105m2) which consists of open space land to be used as rugby pitches and parking. A plan showing the open space to be let may be viewed on the Council’s website.
