A tree is protected if it's in a conservation area or it has a Tree Preservation Order placed on it.
We're working to make the details of trees protected by TPOs available online.
In the meantime, if you want to find out if a tree is protected:
- Email us using the details on this page with the address and location of the tree.
- We'll search our records and aim to let you know if the tree is protected within 10 working days.
