Allergens

You are required to provide information about the 14 major allergenic ingredients used in any food you see or provide.

The 14 major allergenic ingredients are: 

  • Cerery
  • Cereals containing gluten, such as barley or oats
  • Crustaceans, such as prawns, crabs and lobsters
  • Eggs
  • Fish
  • Lupin
  • Milk
  • Molluscs, such as mussels and oysters
  • Mustard
  • Peanuts
  • Sesame
  • Soybeans
  • Sulpher dioxide and sulphites, if the sulpher dioxide and sulphites are at a concentration of more than 10 parts per million
  • Tree nuts, such as almonds, hazelnuts, walnuts, brazil nuts, cashews, pecans, pistachios and macadamia nuts

Display a food allergy sign stating: "If you have a food allergy, intolerance, or coeliac disease, please speak to the staff about the ingredients in your food and drink before you order. Thank you."
