- Do I need to book? No, you can just come along. However, resources are limited so activities are ‘first come, first served’. You may need to wait for a space at busy times.

Come on down to Middleton Library and help the Holiday Hive create a Carnival of Animals. This community project needs lots of buzzy hands to bring instrument playing animals to life for a wall display in the children's library.
Activity inspired by Carnival of the Animals: Poems Inspired by Saint Salens' Music. The "Carnival of the Animals" suite by Camille Saint-Saëns is not only a musical work but also a source of inspiration for poems.
