Whether you’re local or just visiting, there’s something for everyone to enjoy in one of the North West’s most beautiful historic buildings.
We believe creativity has no age limit. This summer, grown-ups are encouraged to get stuck in, so bring your big kids along and join the fun together.
Follow the buzzing Bee Trail
Our brand new summer Bee Trail invites families to explore Rochdale Town Hall in a whole new way.
Can you find all the hidden bees tucked away in the grand rooms and corridors? Complete the trail, solve the clues, and claim your special sticker prize at the end, it’s the perfect mini adventure for curious minds.
Dress up and be the Mayor
Ever wanted to step into the Mayor’s shoes? This summer, you can try on mayoral robes or historical costumes and imagine yourself in the grand role for the day. Don’t forget to capture the moment in our historic rooms, they make the ultimate backdrop for a fun family photo.
Get creative with crafts and workshops
Little artists and their grown-ups can let their imaginations run wild with creative workshops inspired by RochdaleTown Hall’s beautiful stained glass and architecture. Paint a wildflower pot to take home, create colourful masterpieces, or get hands-on in one of our guided craft sessions.
Some workshops are free, while others require booking.
