Union Street, roadworks in Rochdale from 17 November 2026

Expected start and finish: 7pm on Tuesday, 17 November 2027–4am on Wednesday, 18 November 2026
Reason: To install waste water equipment.
Restriction and location: Part of Union Street will be temporarily closed. The closure begins 17 metres south of the junction with St Mary's Gate and ends at the northern side of the junction with South Lane. No waiting will be allowed at any time in this section during the closure.
Alternative route: St Mary's Gate, Hunters Lane and Union Street.
