Oldham Road, roadworks in Rochdale from 26 August 2026

Expected start and finish: 8am on Wednesday, 26 August 2026–6pm on Sunday, 6 September 2026
Reason: To fit a new water manhole cover in the road.
Restriction and location: A limited parking bay on Oldham Road will be temporarily suspended. This bay is on the eastern side of Oldham Road, beginning 25 metres north of the junction with Argyll Street and ending 17 metres up the road in a northerly direction.

On a separate section of Oldham Road, waiting will not be allowed at any time. The affected area begins 25 metres north of the junction with Argyll Street and ends 35 metres further up the road in a northerly direction.
