The following roads will be temporarily closed, with no waiting allowed:
- Fleece Street, from the junction with King Street to the junction with Packer Street.
- The Esplanade, from the junction with Newgate to the junction with Vivars Gate.
- Packer Street, for its entire length.
- Town Hall Square, for its entire length.
Waiting or loading will not be allowed at any time along the following roads:
- Newgate, for its entire length.
- South Parade, for its entire length.
- The Esplanade, from the junction with Manchester Road to the junction with Vicars Gate.
- Fleece Street, between King Street and Church Street.
- Nelson Street, from the junction with Packer Street to the junction with Church Street.
