Reason: To repair a large cavity in the road.
Restriction and location: Part of Grimshaw Lane has been temporarily closed. The closure begins at the junction with Greengate and ends 150 metres up the road in a north westerly direction.
Alternative route: Grimshaw Lane, Greengate, Victoria Avenue East, Rochdale Road, Manchester New Road, Oldham Road and Townley Street.
