Expected start and finish: 8am–6pm on any 2 days between Monday, 20 July 2026 and Friday, 7 August 2026.

The dates chosen depend on the weather. Advance warning signs with the exact dates will be in place before the works begin.
Reason: To resurface the road.
Restriction and location: Part of Broad Lane and New Broad Lane will be temporarily closed. The closure will begin at the junction with Oldham Road and ends 1,092 metres away in an easterly and southerly direction.
Alternative route: The alternative route for vehicles will be signed on site.
