Well i' th' Lane, roadworks in Rochdale from 16 February 2026

Expected start and finish: 12midnight, Monday, 16 February 2026–11.59pm, Wednesday, 25 February 2026
Reason: To replace a gas main in the road.
Restriction and location: Temporary one way working along a section of Well i' th' Lane. This will begin at the junction with Blank Street and end 40 metres down the road in a southerly direction. Vehicles will be prohibited from travelling along this section in a northerly direction.
Alternative route: Queensway, Oldham Road, Durham Street, Miall Street and Milkstone Road.
