Kiln Lane, roadworks in Milnrow from 14 February 2026

Expected start and finish: 8am, Saturday, 14 February 2026–11.59pm, Sunday, 22 February 2026, or when the works are completed if sooner.
Reason: To replace gas mains in the road and pavement.
Restriction and location: Part of Kiln Lane will be temporarily closed. The closure will begin at the junction with Bridge Street and end 32 metres up the road in a north easterly direction.

Access and egress to Lily Street will be maintained.
Alternative route: Kiln Lane, Wildhouse Lane, Milnrow Road in Littleborough, Smithy Bridge Road, A58 Halifax Road, Albert Royds Street, Milnrow Road in Rochdale, Rochdale Road and Bridge Street.
