Expected start and finish: 1pm, Tuesday, 9 December 2025 for a maximum of 21 days, or when the work is complete if sooner.
Reason: To allow for the safe excavation of gas mains replacement works.
Restriction and location: Part of Cleggswood Avenue has been temporarily closed. The closure begins at the junction with Smithy Bridge Road and ends 96 metres up the road in a north easterly direction.
Alternative route: Smithy Bridge Road, Lake Bank, Higher Cleggswood Avenue and Cleggswood Avenue.
