- To allow for a demolition and the building of a new apartment block.
- Restriction and location

- Part of Station Road will be temporarily closed. The closure will begin 15 metres south west of the junction with Richard Street and end 68 metres south west of the same junction. The taxi rank will be suspended. No waiting at any time will be allowed.
- There will be no waiting at any time allowed on the south easterly side from a point 86 metres south west of the junction with Richard Street.
- Right turns will not be allowed from Station Road onto Maclure Road.
- There will temporarily be one-way working on Maclure Road. Vehicles will only be allowed to travel north from the junction with Station Road to a point 125 metres up the road in a northerly direction.
- Alternative route

- For the temporary right turns ban from Station Road onto Maclure Road, the alternative route will be Station Road, Milkstone Road, Tweedale Street, Manchester Road and Drake Street.
- There will be no alternative route for the one way working on Maclure Road.
