Reason: To carry out emergency works.
Restriction and location: Temporary closure of Mellor Street from its junction with Spotland Road to its junction with Bury Road.
Alternative route: The alternative route for vehicles will be Spotland Road, Sheriff Street, Hunters Lane, St Marys Gate, Manchester Road and Dane Street.
