Reason: To install temporary traffic lights for highway improvement works.
Restriction and location: Silk Street: a section will be temporarily closed. The closure will begin at the junction with Manchester Road and end 82 metres away in an easterly direction.
Alternative route: Royle Road, Royle Barn Road, Manchester Road, Queensway, Edinburgh Way and Manchester Road.
