Get paid early with our Priority Account Service

Our Priority Account Service is an early payment programme which gives you the opportunity to be paid earlier than your contracted terms. We're delivering this service in partnership with Oxygen Finance.

When will I get paid and what's the fee?

We aim to pay you within 10 days of receiving your invoice for a percentage fee deducted from your payment.

The percentage you're charged will be between 0%-1.5%. If you're paid after 30 days, no fee will be deducted from your payment.

Why have we created the Priority Account Service?

We've created the early payment programme so it's easier and more beneficial for you to work with us. We realise early payments can make a significant impact on the growth and development of your business.

Building a strong relationship with you is also essential for us to achieve our strategic goals. The Priority Account Service aims to strengthen our relationship and benefit you by:

  • Improving your cash flow
  • Reducing the amount of time you spend chasing payments
  • Increasing your visibility across the council

Help us to pay you on time

If you're sending invoices to Rochdale Borough Council for payment you'll need to follow the relevant invoicing arrangements factsheet. This should ensure a speedier payment process for suppliers who are unsure about the protocol for submitting invoices.

  • Tips for submitting a tender.
