You'll be charged an admin fee of £13.67 per week (£16.40 including VAT) if you've asked us to arrange your care and support and have capital over £23,250 (excluding the value of your home). You'll also be charged this admin fee if you haven't complied with the financial assessment process.
If you're unable to manage your finances and have nobody to support you, you'll not be charged the admin fee.
This fee does not apply if you receive your care and support in a residential setting.
