Renew, apply, amend or report a permit lost or stolen
You can use the online form below to:
- Renew your permit - you can only renew your permit during the month it expires.
- Apply for a permit - your postal address must be associated with the scheme area to be eligible for a parking permit.
- Amend your permit - you'll need to return your existing permit or post this to us. Contact the team
- Report your permit as lost or stolen - you'll need to supply a police crime reference number if your permit was stolen. Please use your visitor permit until you've received an amended or replacement permit. You should usually receive your new permit within 10 working days.
