Notice is given that Rochdale Borough Council intends to dispose by way of a leasehold interest the following land as set out below:
- Land to the rear of 193 Manchester Road, Heywood, OL10 2PP (site area approximately 96sq.m) which has been developed by a third party tenant to form a local scout hall.
- Land fronting Manchester Road, Heywood, OL10 2PP which has been developed by a third party tenant to form a community café.
A plan showing the open space to be included in the leasehold disposal may be viewed on the council's website.
