Council Tax - make a repayment offer

Use this form to make an offer to repay your Council Tax arrears.

Before you start

To complete this form you'll be asked to provide, in detail, evidence of your income and your outgoings. We need this information to assess the affordability of the offer you make, and to make a decision about accepting your offer.

You'll need to provide the following information about you and any partner you live with:

Your Council Tax reference number (this can be found on your Council Tax bill)
Your National Insurance number.
How much income you receive from wages, benefits, pensions or other sources.
How often you receive your income.
How much money you have in the bank.
How much money you have in savings.
How much you pay for bills.
How often you pay your bills.
How much money, other than your Council Tax arrears, you owe.
How often you pay money back.
How much and how often you're offering to pay back your Council Tax arrears.

If you or your partner are employed, you'll need to provide the following information about you and any partner you live with:

The address, including the postcode, of your employer's wages department.
Your work number or pay reference (this can be found on any of your wage slips)
