In addition to this website, we use social networking sites to communicate and interact with local residents. Although we love to hear from you on our social media channels, especially If you’ve been really pleased with something we’ve done. However, If you have an issue or want to request service, we will do our best to help you, but it might be quicker if you apply, report or pay it on the website.

Twitter

We'll publish urgent messages through Twitter as well as through this website and other methods. We mainly use Twitter to provide updates, the latest news, events, consultations, job vacancies and other information.

You can talk informally to us on Twitter. Tell us about living, working or visiting the borough or comment on what we are tweeting about. Messages you 'tweet' to us are read by humans and if you raise genuine concern, we'll do our best to direct you to the best person to help you.

If you want to send a public message to us on Twitter, start your tweet with @rochdalecouncil. 

If you would like to send a private message use the Direct Message (DM) option.

Facebook

We have a Facebook page that you can subscribe to. It's a handy way to find out about news and events through a channel you might visit more often than this website.
