Final preparations are under way for Rochdale Wedding Show, being staged at Rochdale Town Hall on Sunday, 17 May 2026.

Doors open at 10am (with a quiet hour from 10am–11am) and the show runs until 3pm with organisers Rochdale Borough Council bringing around 40 stylish and inspiring suppliers together alongside wedding fashion, food and drink and live music.

Hundreds of visitors from across Greater Manchester and beyond are expected to descend on the famous venue looking for inspiration for their perfect day, with companies exhibiting the latest collections and trends in bridal wear, formal menswear and everything in between - from flowers and wedding cars, to photography, stylish venue dressing, catering, cake design, entertainment, hair and make-up, jewellery, decorations, venues, lighting and music.

‘Packed with ideas and inspiration’

If you’re considering getting married at the town hall itself, you can look around the elegant building. You’ll also be able to view the modern accommodation inside the nearby Rochdale Register Office which includes a 70-seat ceremony room - the Red Rose Suite which holds marriage and civil partnership ceremonies.

A complimentary glass of fizz and canapes will be served to guests on arrival and in between wedding planning visitors are welcome to try the acclaimed Martlet Kitchen restaurant. Hearty Sunday roasts will be served from beef and chicken to sea bass and roasted butternut squash with all the trimmings – booking is advised. The bar on the first-floor will be open for love themed cocktails including ‘Passion Fizz’, ‘Blushed and Frisky’ and ‘Love Bite’ plus other drinks and snacks.
