About the HOOP service
If you're starting to find some aspect of your home difficult to manage and you're 55 years old or over, our Housing Options for Older People (HOOP) service may be able to help.
The HOOP service provides comprehensive advice on housing, care and support options to individuals, family members and professionals. The service can:
- Help you assess your housing situation
- Help with referrals for support, for example, if you need any aids or adaptations within your home
- Check your benefit entitlement
- Link you with community groups and other helpful agencies
