Middleton MayFest will feature brilliant live performances, music, comedy, dancing, circus, fairground rides, games, crafts, food and drink, face painting, dinosaurs and lots more.

Cost: free entry. Food and drink is available for sale.

As well as fairground rides, glitter arts activity, craft stalls, charity stalls, ice cream, hot food, candy floss and donuts, there are the following activities:

  • 12noon: Compere Alan Godson opens the event
  • 12.10pm: Oakenhoof Maypole Dancing
  • 12.30pm–1.30pm: Punch and Judy, and Merlin’s Magic Show
  • 1pm–1.45pm: Live music performance by Kirsty Almeida
  • 1.30pm: Oakenhoof Maypole Dancing
  • 2pm–3pm: Punch and Judy, and Merlin’s Magic Show
  • 2.15pm–3pm: Live music performance by Kirsty Almeida
  • 3.15pm–4pm: Hector House (live band)
  • 3.30pm: Punch and Judy, and Merlin’s Magic Show
  • 4.15pm: Hector House (live band)

  • 12noon: St Michael's Brass Band perform on the bandstand
  • 12noon–4pm: Skylight Circus Arts activities:
    • Get Up and Grow – make your own seed bomb
    • Mini Games – a range of fun sporting activities provided by staff from Your Trust
