Our team will be available to help residents understand what financial support they may be entitled to and provide advice on a range of benefits and local services. This event is particularly useful for pensioners, carers, disabled residents and anyone concerned about the rising cost of living.
At the event, you can:
- Receive a Pension Credit eligibility check and find out if you may be entitled to additional income.
- Get information and guidance about Attendance Allowance.
- Check whether you qualify for Council Tax Support.
- Learn about Winter Fuel Payment eligibility and related support.
- Receive information about Blue Badge applications and disability-related support.
- Access advice on cost of living assistance, including energy, food and household support schemes.
- Be referred to organisations such as Age UK, Citizens Advice and other local support services for ongoing help and advice.
