The launch of the Heywood, Middleton and Rochdale Carers' Strategy, alongside the Carers' Collaborative Event, will provide a platform for various services to showcase information and support available to carers. There will be a particular focus on health and wellbeing.
You'll have the opportunity to:
- Access free health checks
- Connect with other carers and service providers in our community, and listen to their experiences
- Access valuable information and resources from services
- Share your expertise to support and empower carers in our community
- Collaborate with a range of care services to support carers in and around the community
